Abstract
Perpustakaan umumnya digunakan pengunjung sebagai tempat untuk mencari referensi dan memperoleh informasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah banyak perpustakaan yang belum memiliki sistem informasi berbasis web secara online untuk pelayanan peminjaman buku dan banyak perpustakaan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam berbagai keperluan. Demikian pula pada perpustakaan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Islam Majapahit Mojokerto. Perpustakaan sebagai pengelola informasi dan pengetahuan diharapkan dapat menggunakan dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan optimal untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhannya. Dalam Penelitian ini difokuskan pada menerapkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web sebagai penyimpanan data yang belum pernah dibangun dan diimplementasikan sebelumnya.
