Abstract
Nisa, Zurotul Ainun. (2021). Students’ Perception Towards The Use of Digital Storytelling In Reading Narrative Text. Thesis, English Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Majapahit Islamic University, Advisor (I) Rini Lindawati, M.Pd. and Advisor (II) Nurhayati Ganinda, M.Pd. The aims of this study to know students’ perception towards the use of digital storytelling in reading narrative text and to know students’ perception of the influence digital storytelling towards their reading comprehension. This research was descriptive study with quantitative method. The subjects were tirthy of first semester of tenth grade at SMAN 1 Dawarblandong. The collecting data used Questionnaire. There was close-ended question in the questionnaire. This study used convennience as a sampling technique. The researcher took one of tenth grade consisting of 35 students, but only 30 sample were taken. Questionnaire is declared valid and reliable (rcount= 0,361). Based on the analysis of the data, the discussion can be drawn while using digital storytelling students gets a positive perception. This can show the result of the data in perception the use of digital storytelling most of the students’ have a positive perception, the results show that students' positive perception as many as 93%. On the variable students perception of the influence digital storytelling as many as 97%. It mean the students’ have a positive perception of digital storytelling learning process.
