Abstract Ahmad Fahmi Aziz, 2018. Analisis Strategi Pemasaran terhadap Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Produk (Studi Kasus Pada Ukm Barokah Desa Karang Nongko Kecamatan Sooko Kabupaten Mojokerto ). Skripsi / tugas akhir, Program Studi Manajemen Pemasaran, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Majapahit (UNIM). Pembimbing I : Budi Utami, SE., MM Pembimbing II : M. SYAMSUL HIDAYAT, SE., MM UKM Barokah is one of the home industries in. Mojokerto which produces various types of shoes. One of the goals of Barokah SMEs is to become a shoe manufacturer that is highly competitive and its products are in demand by consumers, so a strategy is needed in marketing to increase sales and be able to compete with competitors. The purpose of this study is to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in making sales, knowing the marketing strategies applied by SMEs, and analyzing the right strategies. This type of research is quantitative. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis with EFAS matrix, IFAS, and STPD marketing strategy. The results showed that Barokah SMEs used STPD strategies in marketing. Based on internal and external analysis along with cartesius diagrams carried out in Barokah SMEs, it can be seen that currently the Barokah SME position is in the Growth strategy. Where the decision that will be taken is to develop the company by increasing quality, creating a separate brand, and increasing all forms of promotion.
