Abstract

ABTRACT Muhammad, Edy sutikno, 2018."The Effect of Job Stressand Work Conflict on Employee Performanceat PT Telkom Access in Mojokerto".Thesis/final project, study program of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Economics, Majapahit Islamic University (UNIM). Advisor I : Rini Armin, SP.,SE.,MM Advisor II : Kasnowo, S. Sos. I., MM The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work conflict both partially, simultaneously and dominantly on the performance of PT Telkom Access in Mojokerto. This research is a quantitative research with a total sample of 46 people and obtained using saturated sample techniques. Based on the results of the SPSS version 22 calculation with the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis testing with f test and t test. The results obtained by the variables of work stress and work conflict have significant effect on employee performance partially, job stress variables, and work conflicts affect employee performance not simultaneously significant, and from the t test the most dominant independent variables have the biggest significant value on employee performance work stress. Therefore, to improve the performance of employees of PT Telkom Access in Mojokerto, the management should reduce work demands that exceed normal working hours, and to control conflicts that occur with employees, namely by providing solutions to problems that occur to employees.
