Abstract

ABSTRACT Sari, Putih Aderia Berta. 2018. "Chaotic workload and employee performance on the Pungging Motorbike Hot Selling CV". Human Resource Management Study Program Thesis. Faculty of Economics. Majapahit Islamic University. Advisor I : Rini Armin, SP., SE., MM Advisor II : Kasnowo, S.Sos.I., MM The problems studied in this study are: To find out what factors influence the workload and work environment of CV Laris Motor I Pungging employees. The population of this study were all employees of CV Laris Motor totaling 60 people. Samples taken were 60 employees, and sampling was carried out using saturated sampling methods. The variables in this study are workload and work environment that affect employee performance in the company CV Laris Motor I Pungging. Data collection method of this research is observation method, interview documentation and questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a factor analysis method that includes the formulation of the problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of CV Laris Motor I Pungging. This research was carried out between July 16 to August 2018. The research object used was workload and work environment on the performance of employees of CV Laris Motor I Pungging. Effect of Workload on Performance. Based on the results of data analysis obtained t count = 2.415. While the value of t table at a significance level of 5% with degrees of freedom (db) = 60-2 is 2,00172. Because of t count> t table (2,415> 2,00172), then Ho is rejected. This means that the workload is significantly related to employee performance. Effect of Work Environment on performance. Based on the results of data analysis obtained tcount = 2.195. While the value of t table at a significance level of 5% with degrees of freedom (db) = 60-2 is 2,00172. Because thitung <ttable (2.195> 2.00172), Ho is rejected. This means that the work environment is significantly related to employee performance. Effect of Workload and Work Environment on performance. From the analysis results obtained Fcount> Ftable is 7.865> 3.15, then Ho is rejected. This means that the work environment and workload are simultaneously significantly related to employee performance and alternative hypotheses are accepted.
