Abstract

ABSTRACT Ismandiah, Risa Nanda, 2018. Analysis of factors that affect employee performance on CV. Multi Steel Technic. Final project, Human Resource Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Majapahit Islamic University (UNIM). Advisor 1 : Rahayu, SE., M.Si Advisor 2 : Rini Armin, SP., SE., MM This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance on CV. Multi Steel Technic. With 60 employees, 60 employees were taken as samples using saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use factor analysis methods which include problem formulation, compile correlation metrics, with both stages, namely the Bartlett Test of Sphercity (BTS) and Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO). The data analyzed came from the distribution of questionnaires to employees who were sampled in this study. The results of the data through the Bartlett Test of Sphercity and Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin data obtained 7 factors that influence the work performance of Cv employees. Multi Steel Technic. These seven factors are Motivation factors with eigenvalue of 5, 788 factors of Job Satisfaction with eigenvalues value 2,333 Work Stress factor with eigenvalue value 2,055 Physical Condition factor with eigen value 1,556 Compensation factor with eigen value value 1,153 Job Design factor with eigenvalue value of 1.113 Environmental factors with an eigen value of 1.048 Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Physical Conditions, Compensation, Job Design, Environment
