MSI Advisor II : Rini Armin, Sp., SE., MM Good Corporate Governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, company managers, creditors, employees and other stakeholders related to their rights and obligations to regulate and control the direction of the strategy and performance of the company. This study aims to examine the influence of company characteristics on Good Corporate Governance. The characteristics used in the study include Profitability, Leverage, Company Size, Ownership Concentration. This research was conducted on leasing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, data collection in this research was using the documentation method. Data obtained from the financial statements of leasing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 - 2017 were tested using financial analysis and classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test, autocoleration test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test), multiple regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing (F test and T test). The results of research conducted show that Profitability (ROA) has a partial effect on Good Corporate Governance, Leverage has a partial effect on Good Corporate Governance. The size of the Company (SIZE) has a partial influence on Good Corporate Governance. Ownership concentration has a partial influence on Good Corporate Governance.
