Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, Pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan, Pengaruh cash holding terhadap nilai perusahaan, Pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan dimoderasi cash holding, Pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan dimoderasi cash holding. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan mendapatkan hasil sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan total sampel sebanyak 52 laporan keuangan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.2.9 sebagai alat pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.Cash holding tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh cash holding terhadap nilai perusahaan.
