Abstract

ABSTRACT Rachmawati, Yulinda Septiana, 2018. The influence of Reward and work environment on performance of employees (study on Hospital Dian Husada Mojokerto). Thesis/final project Course, human resource management, Faculty of Economics, Islamic University Of Majapahit (UNIM). Lecture I : Budi Utami, SE., MM Lecture II : Kasnowo, S.Sos.I., MM This research aims to know the influence of reward employee performance against the hospital and find out the Mojokerto Husada Dian influence of work environment on performance of hospital employees Dian Husada Mojokerto. The subject of this research is the permanent employees of the hospital Dian Husada Mojokerto totalling 96 respondents taken using total sampling techniques. In this study, the authors used a quantitative approach, an approach that is more focused its analysis research on numerical data (numbers) are processed using statistical methods. The research of using primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire. As for data analysis in this study uses the test validity and reliability by using the help of SPSS and data results are analyzed using a classic assumption Test, linear regression analysis and test of t and Ftest. Partial test results (test t) shows that reward the significant effect on performance clerk 4.452 sebebsar which is greater than the value of the t table of 1.98498. The results of the second study demonstrated that a significantly influential work environment on performance of employees 2.538. Simultaneous test results (test F) Reward and work environment significantly influential simultaneously with the performance of the employees and the alternative hypothesis is received with a value Fhitung > Ftabel i.e. 52,487 > 3.07.
