Abstract

ABSTRACT Zaiyinatur Robi’ah Asy Syarifah, 2018. Analysis of the factors that influence the employee performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Mojokerto. Final Project, Management major Human Resource, Economic Faculty, Majapahit Islamic University. Advisor I : Rahayu, SE.,M.Si Advisor II : Kasnowo, S.Sos.I.,MM This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Mojokerto.With 318 employees, 177 employees were taken as samples using proportional sampling.The data analysis technique used in this study is to use factor analysis methods which include problem formulation, compile a correlation matrix with two stages, namely the Bartlett Test of Sphericity (BTS) and Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO).The data analyzed came from the distribution of questionnaires to employees who were sampled in this study.The results of data through the Bartlett Test of Sphericity and Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) data obtained 5 factors that influence the performance of employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. These five factors are leadership factors with eigen value of 6.266, competency factor of eigenvalue of 1.963, motivation factor with eigen value of 1.416, compensation factor of eigen value of 1.258 and incentive factor with eigen value of 1.105.
