Abstract

ABSTRACT Fikri, Zakiya 2018. Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi StresKerja Karyawan PT. Bahtera Samudra Kontruksi bag. Produksi Skripsi/tugas akhir, Program Studi Manajemen Sumber DayaManusia, fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Majapahit (UNIM). Pembimbing I : Rahayu, SE,. MSi Pembimbing II : Kasnowo, S.Sos.I., MM The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence thework stress of employees of PT. Bahtera Samudra Kontruksi bagPungging Mojokerto Production. In this study the data collected wereprimary data obtained from questionnaires. Furthermore, from the data therespondents were entered into the correlation matrix and analyzed usingfactor analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 program Based on the analysis found that the Barlett test of Sphericity correlationmatrix found that the probability value of 0.00 shows that in the correlationmatrix there is a relationship between variables in the population. To showthat the sample of this study is feasible, using (KMO) Keizer Meyer Olkin ifound to be 0.598, this means that the factor analysis model has sufficiensample. From the results of the analysis of known factors cumulativepercentage of 70.64% means that the research is able to explain thefactors that influence the work stress of employees of PT. BahteraSamudra Kontruksi Mojokerto bag. Production, while 29.36% is influencedby other factors. Of the 29 variables, only 4 new factors were formednamely: a. Leadership authority influences group collaboration b. Managerial ability to manage competition between employees and work-free intensity. c. The closeness of the relationship between members of the workinggroup and the suitability of roles with personal abilities. d. Open nature manifests leadership recognition of employees.
