Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, gross profit margin, dan total assets turnover terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020–2024, serta menguji peran ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear berganda dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Sampel terdiri dari 12 perusahaan dengan total 60 data observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total assets turnover berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan current ratio, debt to equity ratio, gross profit margin tidak berpengaruh. Ukuran perusahaan memoderasi hubungan antara debt to equity ratio dan total assets turnover terhadap pertumbuhan laba, namun tidak memoderasi hubungan current ratio dan gross profit margin.
