Abstract

ABSTRAC The PGM-FI system is a fuel supply system using electronic control technology that is able to optimally regulate fuel and air supply as needed by the engine in each of the different conditions, so that the final project practice activities are carried out with the aim of knowing the working principle of the electronic control system on Honda CBR 150 motorbikes, identify sensors that are in the electronic control system. The measurement results for each component using the diagnostic tool found in the electronic control system is that the condition of each component is still in good condition and the measurement of cable connection, voltage and resistance is still within the tolerance limits of the standard specifications. ABSTRAK Sistem PGM-FI adalah Suatu sistem suplai bahan bakar dengan menggunakan teknologi kontrol secara elektronik yang mampu mengatur pasokan bahan bakar dan udara secara optimal sesuai yang dibutuhkan mesin pada setiap keadaan yang berbeda, sehingga dilaksanakan kegiatan praktik Tugas Akhir dengan tujuan untukmengetahui prinsip kerja sistem kontrol elektronik pada sepeda motor honda CBR 150, mengidentifikasi sensor – sensor yang ada pada sistem kontrol elektronik. Hasil pengukuran pada tiap komponen menggunakan alat diagnosic tool yang terdapat pada sistem kontrol elektronik adalah kondisi tiap komponen masih dalam keadaan bagus dan pengukuran hubungan kabel, tegangan maupun tahanan masih dalam batas toleransi pada spesifikasi standar. Kata kunci : PGM-FI. Sensor-sensor. Alat diagnosa.
