Abstract

ABSTRAK Islamiyah, Faridatul, 2020.Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Kurs Rupiah/Dollar AS, Inflasi, Suku Bunga, Harga EmasDunia, Harga Minyak Dunia dan Volume Perdagangan Terhadap Return Saham Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate Di BEI Periode 2016-2018. Proposal Penelitian, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Majapahit (UNIM). Pembimbing I : Hartono, SE., MM Pembimbing II: Heru Dwihandoko, SE., MM., Ak., CA Return saham merupakan Selisih antara harga jual dengan harga beli dari suatu saham. Jenis return saham terbagi yaitu a. Return saham Realisasi, b. Return saham Ekspetasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kurs Rupiah/Dollar AS, Inflasi, Suku Bunga, Harga Emas Dunia, Harga Minyak Dunia dan Volume PerdaganganTerhadap Return Saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 61 perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik , regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis karena memiliki lebih dari satu variabel. Variabel ddalam penelitian ini adalah Kurs/Dollar AS (XI), inflasi (X2), suku bunga (X3), harga emas dunia (X4), harga minyak dunia (X5), volume perdagangan (X6) serta satu variabel terikat (Y) return saham. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Kurs/Dollar AS secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan property dan real estate. inflasi secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahan properti dan real estate. suku bunga secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahan properti dan real estate. harga emas secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahan properti dan real estate. harga minyak secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahan properti dan real estate. Volume perdagangan secara signoifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan property dan real estate. Kata Kunci : return saham,makro ekonomi, emas, minyak, volume . Types of stock returns are divided, namely a. Realized stock return, b. Expected stock returns. This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the Rupiah / US Dollar Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates, World Gold Prices, World Oil Prices and Trade Volume on Stock Returns. The population in this study were 61 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique was 30 companies with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing because it has more than one variable. The variables in this study are the exchange rate / US dollar (XI), inflation (X2), interest rates (X3), world gold prices (X4), world oil prices (X5), trading volume (X6) and one dependent variable (Y). stock returns. The results of this study indicate that: The exchange rate / US dollar has no significant effect on the stock returns of property and real estate companies. Inflation does not significantly affect the stock returns of property and real estate companies. Interest rates do not significantly affect the stock returns of property and real estate companies. The price of gold has no significant effect on the stock returns of property and real estate companies. The price of oil has no significant effect on the stock returns of property and real estate companies.
