Abstract

Heavy equipment is a vital resource in construction projects. However, the costs required to procure heavy equipment are not cheap. Therefore, the selection of heavy equipment has a major influence on the efficiency and profitability of construction work. and will be analyzed by calculating the productivity analysis to find the productivity of the heavy equipment used. From the research and discussion of the productivity of heavy equipment for earthworks and pile foundations on the Ploso Jombang bridge construction project, it can be concluded that the productivity of heavy equipment for earthworks and pile foundation work, Excavator 52.77 m3, Dump truck 40.09 m3/hour, Motor Grader 38.4 m3/hour, Vibrator roller 253.12 m3/hour, Crawler Crane = 18.97 m1/hour, Diesel hammer 18.97 m1/hour. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the total time of earthworks and pile foundations on the ploso jombang bridge construction project, earthworks moved Excavator: 2 units = 8 days, Dump truck: 14 units = 16 days, Compacted earth work, Dump truck: 5 units = 4 days, Motor grader: 2 units = 10 days, Vibrator roller: 1 unit = 3 days, Pile foundation work, Crawler crane: 1 unit = 82 days, Diesel hammer: 1 unit = 82 days.
