Abstract

ABSTRACT Fauzi, Ahfazh Ilham, 2022. Financial Ratio Analysis In Influencing Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018 to 2020. Thesis, Accounting Departement, Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Majapahit (UNIM). Advisor I : Tatas Ridho Nugroho, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.Ak Advisor II : M. Bahril Ilmiddaviq, S.AB., M.SA This study aims to examine and analyze: 1) Effect of current ratio partially on stock returns. 2) Effect of Return on Assets (ROA) partially on Stock Return. 3) Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially on Stock Return. 4) Effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) partially on Stock Return. 5) Effect of Current Ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously on Stock Return. This type of research is descriptive research using quantitative research methods. The population of this study is all companies in the Food and Beverage sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018 - 2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling and obtained 13 samples of companies. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26 application. The results of the analysis show that: 1) Current Ratio partially has a significant negative effect on Stock Return. 2) Return on Assets (ROA) partially has no effect on Stock Return. 3) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has no effect on Stock Return. 4) Earning Per Share (EPS) partially has a significant positive effect on Stock Return. 5) Current Ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Return.
