Abstract

ABSTRAK IMPLEMENTASI PERMENDES NO. 6 TAHUN 2020 DALAM PRIORITAS PENGGUNAAN DANA DESA PADA TAHUN 2020 DI DESA JAMBEYAN (Studi Kasus Desa Jambeyan Kecamatan Sedan Kabupaten Rembang) Dalam adanya pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia banyak beberapa aspek yang mengalami perubahan, terutama aspek pemerintah. Pemerintah diwajibkan mengeluarkan kebijakan terbaru mengenai penanganan pandemi Covid-19 itu sendiri. Didalam kementrian desa, kementrian desa mengeluarkan kebijakan terbaru yakni Permendes No 6 Tahun 2020 yang ditidak lanjuti oleh Pemerintah desa, dalam hal ini yakni pemerintah desa jambeyan mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan. Manfaat dari penelitian kali ini sendiri ialah sebagai bahan informasi untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Implementasi Permendes No. 6 Tahun 2020 dalam Prioritas Penggunaan Dana Desa Pada tahun 2020 di Desa Jambeyan Kecamatan Sedan Kabupaten Rembang. Kalau kita kaitkan dengan teori implementasi kebijakan dari Merilee S Grindle ada enam aspek yang perlu dilihat, dari enam aspek yang disampaikan teori implementasi kebijakan ini sangat berkaitan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah diperoleh dengan melalui beberapa informan bahwa implementasi Permendes No 6 Tahun 2020 dalam prioritas penggunaan dana desa pada tahun 2020 di desa jambeyan dengan upaya-upaya program yang dapat menciptakan kondisi yang baik. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa masyarakat desa Jambeyan merasakan puas dengan upay-upaya dari pemerintah desa Jambeyan dalam mengeluarkan kebijakan terkait permendes no 6 tahun 2020. Kata Kunci : Implemntasi kebijakan, Permedes no 6 tahun 2020, Pemerintah Desa   ABSTRACT The 2020 implementation of Ministerial Decree No. 6 of 2020 in priority of village funds in 2020 in Jambeyan village. (Study case of Jambeyan village, district Sedan, Rembang regency) In the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, many aspects have changed, especially the government aspect. The government is required to issue the latest policies regarding the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic itself. Within the village ministry, the village ministry issued the latest policy, namely Permendes No. 6/2020 which was followed up by the village government, in this case the Jambeyan village government issued several policies. The benefit of the research this time itself is as information material to find out and analyze the implementation of Permendes No. 6 of 2020 in Priority Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Jambeyan Village, Sedan District, Rembang Regency. If we relate it to the theory of policy implementation from Merilee S Grindle, there are six aspects that need to be seen, from the six aspects conveyed by the theory of policy implementation are closely related. Based on the results of research that has been obtained through several informants, the implementation of Permendes No. 6/2020 is a priority for the use of village funds in 2020 in Jambeyan village with program efforts that can create good conditions. The results of the study prove that the people of Jambeyan village are satisfied with the efforts of the Jambeyan village government in issuing policies related to Ministerial Decree No. 6 of 2020.
