Abstract
Abstrak STRATEGI PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI KOMODITI KOPI (Study Kasus Desa Carangwulung Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang) Tren kopi global semakin hari semakin meningkat, menjadikan kopi sebuah komoditi yang dapat membawa kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat, Melihat kesempatan itu pemerintah desa Carangwulung membuat strategi untuk membawa perubahan yang baik bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemerintah desa Carangwulung dalam pengembangan masyarakat melalui komoditi kopi. Lokasi Penelitian ini adalah Desa Carangwulung Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang, Dimana kopi menjadi hasil komoditi utama.Teori Jim Ife mengenai pengembangan masyarakat menjadi dasar peneliti dalam menilai apakah strategi yang digunakan pemerintah desa Carangwulung dalam mengembangkan masyarakat melalui komoditi kopi dapat membawa perubahan maupun kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif guna menggambarkan apa strategi yang digunakan oleh pemerintah desa Carangwulung dan apakah itu berdampak dan Membawa perkembangan/perubahan menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya pada masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Strategi yang digunakan oleh pemerintah desa Carangwulung dapat diterima oleh masyarakat, meskipun perlu adanya pengembangan lagi kedepannya agar dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat melalui komoditi kopi. Kata kunci : Pemerintah desa, Komoditi Kopi ABSTRACT VILLAGE GOVERNMENT STRATEGY IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE COMMODITY COFFEE (Case stydy in carangwulung village, wonosalam District, Jombang Regency) The global coffee trend is increasing day by day, making coffee a commodity that can bring prosperity to the community. Seeing this opportunity, the Carangwulung village government made a strategy to bring good change for the community. This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Carangwulung village government in community development through the commodity coffee. The location of this research is Carangwulung Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency, where coffee is the main commodity product. Jim Ife's theory of community development is the basis for researchers in assessing whether the strategy used by the Carangwulung village government in developing the community through the coffee commodity can bring change and welfare for the community. This study used a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis to describe what strategies were used by the Carangwulung village government and whether it had an impact and brought development / change to the community for the better than before. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The strategy used by the Carangwulung village government can be accepted by the community, although there needs to be further development in the future so that it can welfare o society through coffee comodity.
