Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out: 1) Effect of Regional Original Income on Capital Expenditures in Regencies in East Java in 2012-2016. 2) Effect of General Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures in Regencies in East Java in 2012-2016. 3) Influence of Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures in Regencies in East Java in 2012-2016. Research data on Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, and Capital Expenditures came from reports on the realization of the district budget in East Java in 2012-2016, obtained from the official website of the Directorate General of Financial Balance. The population in this study were all districts in East Java in 2012-2016 and used the sample criteria method by taking 5 districts in East Java. The method of analysis uses the classical assumption test method which is normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and f test. The results showed that: 1) Regional Original Income had a positive effect on Belana Capital. 2) General Allocation Funds have a positive effect on Capital Expenditures. 3) Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Fund have a positive effect on Capital Expenditures.
