Abstract

ABSTRACT Pratama Andika, 2018 Analysis of Marketing Strategies to Increase NPK Fertilizer Sales at PT. Nusa Palapa Gemilang. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen Pemasaran, fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Majapahit (UNIM). Counselor I : Eny Setyariningsih,SE.,MM Counselor II : M. Syamsul Hidayat,SE.,MM This study aims to analyze marketing strategies at PT. Nusa Palapa Gemilang specifically marketing strategy or marketing mix that is implemented by the company. Then to find out the results of strength analysis (Strength), Weakness, Opportunities and Challenges as well as the strategy description so that it can be applied to increase product sales. Using SWOT, Matrix, EFAS, and IFAS research techniques and the Cartesian Diagram. This study uses a qualitative method, which is a case study that produces descriptive data as outlined in words. Data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to PT. Nusa Palapa Gemilang to conduct an interview with the president director Susilo K, Development director Eddy Kurniawan. The conclusion of the analysis carried out on the marketing strategy of PT. Nusa Palapa Gemilang is a company that has implemented marketing strategies correctly and precisely and on the calculation of SWOT analysis as outlined in the cartesius diagram of PT. Nusa Palapa Gemilang is in the quadrant 1 position which is Growth. Which companies can develop, maintain and improve product quality so that people continue to believe in the products of PT. Nusa Palapa Gemilang. Then the company has fulfilled the character and marketing paradigm by winning mind share, market share and heart share. Although in terms of human resources at PT. Nusa Palapa Gemilang is less competent in terms of skill or creativity. but in terms of process activities, responsibilities and honesty. Then you need to sharpen your skills and do trainings.
