Abstract

ABSTRACT Prasetyo, Mohammad Ikav Aries. 2018.The Influence Of Education And Job Training On Employee Performance ( At The East Java Cultural Heritage Preservation Center ) Mojokerto. Thesis, Management Departement, Faculty of Economics, Islamic University Majapahit. Advisor I : Rini Armin, SP., SE., MM Advisor II : Kasnowo, S. Sos. I., MM Quality human resources (HR) need to provide guidance in education and training, so as to improve performance. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect both partially and simultaneously on education and training variables on employee performance. This research uses questionnaire media, population and sample are 40 respondents namely Museum employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method with classical assumption, t test and f test test techniques. The results of the analysis showed the value of tcount> t table (3.181> 1.998) and the level of significance of the Education variable (X1) that is equal to 0.003 <α; (X1) that is equal to 0,000> α. Based on the results of the F test (Fcount) obtained Fcount value of 47.812 is known that Fcount> F table is 47.812> 4.08 with sig. (0.000 <α (0.05). Thus it can be concluded that there is a simultaneously significant influence of the Education (X1) and Training (X2) variables on Employee Performance (Y) in the Majapahit Information Management Museum with the regression equation as follows: Y1 = 4,321 + 0.732 X1 + 1.084 X2, meaning that if Education and Training are considered constant then Performance will increase by 4.321 units.
