Abstract

Advisor 1 : Rini Armin, SP., SE., MM Advisor 2 : Kasnowo, S.Sos.I., MM Human resources are factors of production that determine the success of a company to achieve its objectives because of the human resources that carry out all activities that exist within the company. Corporate organizational culture can help the implementation of management well and the work environment is a very important thing to carry out activities or work by giving better than himself both time and energy for the achievement of the desired goals. Organizational culture and the work environment as two factors that affect employee productivity should be done well, because these two things will determine, both for employees and for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of simultaneous, partial and dominant organizational culture and work environment on employee productivity at CV. Multi Steel Technic. This study uses a quantitative approach. Determining the sample using Nonprobability sampling technique which is more clear is the saturation sampling technique and the calculation is based on Sugiono's formula, 2011: 68 Samples taken in this study are all employees of CV. Multi Steel Technic, as many as 60 respondents. Data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variables of organizational culture and work environment have a simultaneous influence on work productivity. Partially the variables of organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on work productivity. Judging from the dominant test the dominant variables on work productivity are organizational culture variables. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Productivity
