Abstract

ABSTRACT Aini ,Nila. 2018. The influence of the service marketing mix on customer satisfaction in the wing claw dawarblandong restaurant. Script / final project, Marketing Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Majapahit Islamic University (UNIM). Lecturer I : Eny Setyariningsih, SE., MM Lecturer II : Rika Dwi Harsasi, SE., M.SM The marketing mix is a tool for marketing tools that can be used by product, prices, places, promotions, people, physical evidence and processes to achieve corporate goals in the target market to create consumer customer. So important is the service marketing mix, the company needs to provide a specific strategy, so that it can create good customer statisfaction to achieve the company’s vision and mission. This research method uses quantitative methods and types of research using regression research. The population taken in this study was the dawarblandong wing claw restaurant, sampling using purposive sampling technique, namely the method or taking samples with certain considerations. The results of the study stated that simultaneously and partially the service marketing mix had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in the wing claw dawarblandong restaurant, this indicated that the service marketing mix was instrumental in shaping customer satisfaction and the service marketing mix was one of the factors that built costomer satisfaction for hang in there.
