Pembimbing I : Rini Armin, SP., SE., MM Pembimbing II : Hartono, SE., MM Capital structure is a combination of internal and external funding that is used in optimizing the value of the company. To achieve optimal words, the role of managers also becomes very important in determining appropriate funding decisions. In addition, the capital structure is also influenced by several factors including asset structure, profitability, sales growth and liquidity. This study aims to determine how the influence of asset structure, profitability, sales growth and liquidity on capital structure at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. This study uses quantitative methods using secondary data in the form company financial statements in 2008 – 2017. Then analyzed using the SPSS statistical test. From the result of the analysys and discussion, it was found that partially the structure of assets did not affect the capital structure, profitability has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure, sales growth has no effect on the capital structure, and liquidity has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure. Whereas, asset structure, profitability, sales growth and liquidity simultaneously affect the capital structure.
