Abstract

MSI Counselor II : Rini Armin, SP., SE., MM Each company aims to seek maximum profit in carrying out its business activities, so that the company is required to be able to utilize the production costs that are as optimal as possible. This study aims to optimize the benefits of plots of land production applied by companies by using linear programming methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The method in this study is quantitative in calculating optimal profits in production. The analytical tool used is Linear Programming with the simplex method, and the software used to process data is the Pom QM for Windows version 5.2. The calculation results show that the production applied by CV. The Advanced Era is not yet optimal. Of the total land plots, the maximum profit is Rp. 2,543,000,000. Whereas using Linear Programming is known the results of optimization for the size of land lots have a maximum profit of Rp. 2,706,308,000. From this it is known that the results of optimization of the production of plots of land using the completion of the simplex method can maximize the profits of the company approximately 1.632% or as much as Rp. 163 million. The results of the calculation of the production optimization model show that the production of Plots Land has increased profits.
