Abstract

ABSTRACT Jannah, Siti Roudhatul, 2018. Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT.Miwon Indonesia Refinery section. Final project, Human Resource Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Majapahit Islamic University (UNIM). Mentor I : Eny Setyariningsih, SE., MM Mentor II : Rini Armin, SP., SE., MM This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture and work simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT.Miwon Indonesia in the refinery production section and to know and analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance partially. The variables in this study are the work environment, organizational culture and employee performance while the population is all employees at PT. Miwon Indonesia is part of the refinery production for non-staff employees and contracts totaling 65 people. The sampling method of the writer uses saturated sampling technique, all populations are sampled. In this study the data obtained will be processed with multiple linear regression models. Regression method can be used to show how independent variables affect the dependent variable. The results of the first hypothesis test show that the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Miwon Indonesia is part of refinery production. Testing the second hypothesis shows that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Miwon Indonesia is part of refinery production. The results of the F test showed a significant relationship between the variables of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at PT.Miwon Indonesia, the refinery production section.
