Abstract
ABTRACT Yuni Suryani, 2018. Effect of fee and incentives on employee performance at the Sakinah Islamic Hospital in Mojokerto. Thesis, management study program, faculty of economic, Majapahit Islamic Univercity (UNIM). 1. Supervisor I : Rahayu, SE., M.Sc 2. Supervisor II: Kasnowo,S.Sos., MM This research antitled “The effect of fee and incentives on employee performance at Sakinah Islamic Hospital Mojokerto”. This study aims to examine whether there is a significant influence of fee (XI) and incentives (X2) on employee performance. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classsic assumption test including normality test, multicolinierity test, heteroscedatic test using SPSS version 22 program. This study uses an associative approach and results that there is a significant positive effect between wages and incentives on employee performance at the RSI. Sakinah Mojokerto. is one of the institutions engaged in health services that are formally owned by the Nadhatul Ulama Branch of Mojokerto. Keywords: fee, Incentives and Performance
