Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh viral marketing, influencer, user generated content terhadap purchase intention produk skincare skintific pada media sosial tiktok di Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari pengguna aktif TikTok yang mengetahui produk skincare skintific serta berusia minimal 17 tahun, dengan total sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang diperoleh dari kuesioner online melalui Google Form. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan dukungan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing, influencer, dan user generated content memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention produk skintific di Mojokerto.
