Abstract
Investasi perumahan merupakan investasi di bidang properti yang sangat menguntungkan, di wilayah Mojokerto banyak perusahaan developer property yang mulai menjual perumahanperumahan dengan harga yang sangat bervariasi membuat calon pembeli harus menyeleksi banyak perumahan dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. Proses pemilihan perumahan menjadi sangat penting agar calon pembeli tidak salah dalam memilih perumahan mana yang akan di beli nantinya supaya pembeli mendapatkan perumahan yang terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat sistem yang pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu calon pembeli dalam memilih perumahan. Sistem ini menggunkan metode Weight Product yang didasarkan pada kriteria umum calon pembeli perumahan untuk mencari nilai perumahan yang terbaik serta berbasis web. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan sistem basis data MySQL. Sistem ini dilengkapai dengan peta digital untuk mengetahui persebaran perumahan yang ada di Mojokerto. Besar nilai prefrensi alternatif perumahan menunjukkan bahwa perumahan itu memiliki nilai investasi yang bagus, sehingga alternatif perumahan dengan nilai yang terbesar akan menjadi keputusan pilihan perumahan terbaik. Sistem ini memberi informasi perumhan di Mojokerto.
