Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan atau suatu organisasi bisnis memiliki suatu tujuan untuk mendapatkan laba dari usaha yang dijalankan. Pasar modal mampu menjadi alternatif pendanaan bagi perusahaan dan dapat dilihat sebagai alternatif dalam investasi. Didalam pasar modal, sekuritas paling populer adalah saham. Sebuah penilaian harga saham, ada dua pendekatan yang umum digunakan untuk menentukan nilai saham yaitu analisi teknikal dan analisis fundamental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor fundamental yang berpengaruh terhadap Price Earning Ratio (PER) perusahaan sebagai dasar penilaian saham pada saham perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah saham-saham yang terdaftar pada LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode penelitian yaitu 2015-2018, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh positif terhadapPrice Earning Ratio (PER) adalah variabel price to book value (PBV) (X3) sebesar 11,489 %, dan variabel yang berpengaruh negatif return on equity (X1) sebesar – 7,189 %, Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berepengaruh terhadap price earning ratio (PER) adalah variabel debt to equity ratio (X2) sebesar 0,961 % dan variabel devidend payout ratio (X4) sebesar – 1,064 %
