Abstract

ABSTRAK Khoiroh, Badi’atul, 2020. Perencanaan Dan Pengawasan Biaya Operasional Administrasi Dan Umum Untuk Meningkatkan Laba Pada PT Indo Tree International. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Majapahit (UNIM). Pembimbing I : Hartono, SE., MM Pembimbing II : Rini Armin, SP., SM., MM Biaya operasional merupakan salah satu hal yang paling berpengaruh dalam kegiatan ekonomi suatu perusahaan dalam pencapaian laba.Ketatnya persaingan antar perusahaan saat ini membuat perusahaan dituntut bukan hanya dalam hal meningkatkan labanya saja, tetapi juga dituntut dalam hal mempertahankan keberlangsungan hidup perusahaannya agar tidak mengalami gulung tikar. Penentuan strategi, rencana ataupun pengawasan dapat menjadi solusi dari masalah tersebut untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan perusahaan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang perencanaan dan pengawasan biaya operasional perusahaan dalam meningkatkan laba dan untuk mengetahui apakah perencanaan dan pengawasan tersebut sudah efektif dalam mencegah penyimpangan biaya operasionalpada PT Indo Tree International.Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode deskriptif dan komparatif. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan di PT Indo Tree International dilakukan melalui anggaran. Penyusunan anggaran pada perusahaan menggunakan metode bottom up dimana bawahan berperan serta dalam proses penyusunan anggaran. Serta pengawasan biaya operasional sudah baik. Pengawasan tersebut dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara anggaran dan realisasinya.Sementara untuk efektifitas yang dilakukan, penulis telah mengevaluasi bahwa perencanaan dan pengawasan sudah efektif jika diukur dengan klasifikasi pengukuran efektifitas. The current intense competition between companies has made companies demanded not only in terms of increasing their profits, but also in terms of maintaining the survival of their companies so as not to go out of business. Determining a strategy, plan or supervision can be a solution to these problems to maintain the sustainability of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning and supervision of the company's operational costs in increasing profits and to find out whether the planning and supervision has been effective in preventing deviations in operational costs at PT Indo Tree International. The method used by the writer is descriptive and comparative method. To obtain the required data the writer uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that planning at PT Indo Tree International was carried out through budget. Budgeting at the company uses the bottom up method where subordinates participate in the budget preparation process. And the supervision of operational costs is good. The supervision is carried out by comparing the budget and its realization. Meanwhile, for the effectiveness carried out, the authors have evaluated that planning and supervision are effective when measured by the effectiveness measurement classification.
