Abstract
PT. Mitra Anugrah Gemilang has furniture products in the form of cupboards, TV racks and lockers with the “Astro Box” brand. There was instability in production scheduling at PT Mitra Anugerah Gemilang due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the processes that support the smooth production schedule were also affected, so what strategy will be used for scheduling production amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an aggregate planning strategy and proposes a production schedule with two scenarios to compare which costs are the lowest. The results of the production scheduling analysis using the aggregate planning strategy method of chese strategy, from the company's production schedule, the state of COVID-19 has a fairly large cost when affected by COVID-19 of Rp. 1.008,000,000, so the researcher proposes two scenarios for the selection of the lowest cost, the researcher proposes a scenario 1 at a cost of Rp. 403,200,000 because the cost is lower than in scenario 2 at a cost of Rp. 549,000,000, the difference is Rp. 145,800,000, the difference in the company's production schedule with scenario 1 is Rp. 571,200,000.
