Abstract
Ddu-Du Ddu-Du merupakan video music girlgrup asal Korea Selatan Blacpink. Video imi memiliki konsep Black dan Pink, serta menampilkan karatkter yang berbeda disetiap membernya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis semiotika dengan konsep Roland Bathes berupa signikasi 2 tahap yaitu denotasi dan konotasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna yang tersembunyi di balik video musik Blackpink Ddu-Du Du-Ddu. Hasil yang didapat bahwa video musik ini memberikan pesan kepada perempuan untuk selalu percaya diri dan jangan menganggap kaum perempuan itu lemah. Disetiap adegan dari video musik ini setiap member Blackpink menunjukkan image dan pesona masing-masing yang mencerminkan kepercayaan diri, independen dan pantang menyerah.
